Affiliate directors and board members are invited and encouraged to join the bi-monthly virtual affiliate conference call at 8am or 3pm. KLB will send a Zoom link to the meeting and an agenda one week prior to the date of the call. Affiliates may choose which time is most convenient for them.
Keep America Beautiful requires all affiliates to submit a governance report, community appearance index, cost/benefit analysis, and register events/activities that affiliates have organized in their local communities.

The Cleanup Supplies Affiliate Grant Report is for affiliates that received the 2021 Cleanup Supplies Affiliate Grant. This includes a copy of your press release, legislative letter, and data from the cleanup as part of the grant requirement.
Affiliates that received a 2021-22 Healthy Communities Grant are required to submit this mid-year monitoring report.

Affiliates may apply for two different grants. **Note: Affiliates that have received the Cleanup Supply grant two years in a row may not apply until the following year.
All interested affiliates organizing a cleanup or beautification event during Love The Boot Week (4/18/22-4/24/22) should officially register. Keep Louisiana Beautiful will post all registered events on the website, however specific event details and contact information will only be published for those events that are open to receiving volunteers from the general public. Conducting a Love the Boot event is a requirement of the Circle of Excellence Award.
