In addition to the Hilton’s COVID-19 safety measures, Keep Louisiana Beautiful is prepared to extend the size of the meeting space to allow spacing of tables with no more than four or five people at each table. We have worked with the Hilton to offer attendees very generous cancellation policies on room reservations. Keep Louisiana Beautiful will offer full registration refunds within 48 hours of the conference.

Award recipients will be recognized at our Everyday Heroes Awards Luncheon in Baton Rouge on November 6th, so that we can share their achievements with colleagues and friends and thank them for their tremendous contributions. We look forward to receiving your nominations!
Thank you for your interest in joining us as an exhibitor at the 2020 Keep Louisiana Beautiful State Conference. We expect 150 attendees at this year’s conference. Our attendees come from all corners of the state, representing various non-profit organizations, state agencies, and local jurisdictions. They are passionate about protecting Louisiana’s natural resources, reducing waste and pollution, and spreading education and awareness statewide to promote a cleaner, greener Louisiana. We appreciate your partnership and presence at our annual conference and hope that it will be successful for your organization as well as our attendees.
Please note that the exhibitor registration fee of $350 provides for the attendance of one organizational representative to attend the conference sessions for both days, and includes lunch. Exhibitors may register additional attendees or purchase tickets to attend Friday’s Everyday Hero Awards Luncheon. Exhibitors will be provided with one six-foot table and one chair. Electricity is provided, but exhibitors should bring extension cords and power strips. Exhibitors must set up on Thursday, November 5th between 7:30 and 8:30am in the Riverview Room of the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Exhibitor breakdown must be completed no later than Friday, November 6th at 3pm.
In the event that we are not able to have an in-person conference due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will host a virtual conference with a virtual exhibit hall highlighting your company. At such time, your company will have the option of participating virtually or receiving a full refund.
