The 2020 Keep Louisiana Beautiful annual state conference and Everyday Hero Awards Banquet will be held November 5th and 6th in Baton Rouge, LA at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capital Center. State Conference Registration Now Open

Registration is now open for the 2020 Keep Louisiana Beautiful Annual State Conference, and we encourage all those interested in working towards a greener, cleaner, more beautiful Louisiana to attend. The conference will take place on November 5-6, 2020 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center.

Hotel Reservations

Please be sure to reserve your hotel room by October 15 for the special rate of $100 plus tax (currently 15.95%) by calling Hilton Capitol Center at 1-800-955-6962. Be sure to mention the code KLB State Conference to receive the special rate. Overnight guest valet parking is $28 per day plus tax or daily rate is $18 plus tax. Public lots are located at the corners of Florida and Lafayette or Convention and Lafayette streets. Metered parking is available along the street.


Everyday Heroes Awards Luncheon

Each year, Keep Louisiana Beautiful seeks nominations to honor those that go the extra mile to keep our communities clean, beautiful, and litter-free. Nominations are available in eight categories. Anyone can nominate someone for an award, and you may nominate as many people as you’d like.

Nominations are due on October 1st. Categories include the Alice Foster Award, Golden Can Award, Most Innovative Program, Youth Award, Outstanding Affiliate, Outstanding Affiliate Director, and the Law Enforcement Recognition Award.

Award recipients will be recognized at our Everyday Heroes Awards Luncheon in Baton Rouge on November 6th, so that we can share their achievements with colleagues and friends and thank them for their tremendous contributions. We look forward to receiving your nominations!



Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in joining us as an exhibitor at the 2020 Keep Louisiana Beautiful State Conference. We expect 150 attendees at this year’s conference. Our attendees come from all corners of the state, representing various non-profit organizations, state agencies, and local jurisdictions. They are passionate about protecting Louisiana’s natural resources, reducing waste and pollution, and spreading education and awareness statewide to promote a cleaner, greener Louisiana. We appreciate your partnership and presence at our annual conference and hope that it will be successful for your organization as well as our attendees.

Please note that the exhibitor registration fee of $350 provides for the attendance of one organizational representative to attend the conference sessions for both days, and includes lunch. Exhibitors may register additional attendees or purchase tickets to attend Wednesday evening’s Everyday Hero Awards Banquet.

Exhibitors will be provided with one six-foot table and one chair. Electricity is provided, but exhibitors should bring extension cords and power strips.

Exhibitors must set up on Thursday, November 5th between 7:30 and 8:30am in the Riverview Room of the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Exhibitor breakdown must be completed no later than Friday, November 6th at 3pm.
